Rest assure, that If you have a valid medical document with us, there is no need for a new medical document, your medical document will be valid until its expiry date. You do not require another medical document until it expires. It will Not be expired automatically on August 20, 2023
All original patient records will be securely stored with RSRS, a medical records facility. To obtain a certified copy of your medical record for yourself and/or a new doctor, please contact RSRS at 1-888-563-3732. There is a fee for the service but is it not prohibitive.
